Welcome to your forum board, as requested. There are a few things for you to know. The first is that the board is open to everyone (if you want this changed let me know). Secondly, there is a usergroup called "Region: New York." In order to join it, go to User Control Panel and then to Groups, select Region: New York and change the drop down to Join selected at the bottom and click the Submit button.
